Linking

  * Full Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) Container support allows data from OLE Server programs to be linked or embedded in KeyCreator files
  * Import BMP, JPEG, etc. pictures as OLE object and trace over them with entities
  * Import Microsoft Word documents and Excel spreadsheets as OLE objects
  * When an OLE object is activated the associated OLE Server program takes over the KeyCreator interface and provides the interface for editing the object
  * Part properties for automated BOM can be linked to an external database via standard ODBC interface
  * Text in Note entities can be linked to an external ACSII text file
  * File and Part Properties fields in KeyCreator files are searchable from Windows Explorer (without opening files)
  * Graphical preview optionally stored in each KeyCreator file is viewable from Windows Explorer (without opening files)

NC Programs

  * Configurable post processor with dozens of sample posts
  * HTML output of process sheets with user definable headers
  * User-defined cycles, tool lists, and level lists can be stored in ASCII text files which allows information to be shared across jobs without re-entry
  * Storage of part geometry, toolpath, process sheet and links to NC programs within one file - easy to track which programs belong to a given part
  * DXF import and export of toolpaths
