Support

We provide telephone technical support for all KEYCREATOR and many legacy CADKEY products. We do not require that you be a current customer or to hold a software support contract with us in order to receive support for these products. Charges may be made, however, for services such as CD or disk replacement, extended periods of telephone support, or file translation, conversion or repair - at our discretion. Telephone support is provided between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
